Kent Ridge Hill Residences . Launching in 3rd Quarter of 2018
Kent Ridge Hill Residences is a new upcoming condominium in the Kent Ridge Hill area, around the same general location as D’Leedon. In fact both of them are on the same Circle Line, within 6 stops of each other. D’Leedon is at Farrer Road MRT station, while Kent Ridge Hill Residences is around 8 minutes walk to Pasir Panjang MRT station.
Both projects are almost equal distance from the Buona Vista area, where the research and business parks, and institutes of higher learning have congregated. Hence it is expected that much of the buyer profile will be the same, with many working around the vicinity.
In other aspects however, D’Leedon is very different from Kent Ridge Hill Residences. For one thing, the former is the posh District 10 area, close to Orchard Road. It is also a very large site, with seven towering blocks that are 36 storeys high (easily the tallest in the neighbourhood), and totalling over 1700 units.
Whereas the Kent Ridge Hill showflat is a low-rise project of no more than 5 storeys high. It sits in a low-rise landed area, located against the backdrop of the lush greenery of Kent Ridge Park immediately behind the site, rising above it. It is less than one-third the size of D’Leedon, numbering 548 units comprised of 498 apartment units and 50 strata landed houses.
The apartments at Kent Ridge Hill Residences will range from one to three bedroom units, to 4 and 5 bedroom penthouses, apart from the strata houses. They will come with a full complement of fixtures, especially in the kitchens and bathrooms. The bedrooms will, as usual, be provided with a wardrobe and air-conditioning system.
The Kent Ridge Hill condo brochure is available, and very nice it is too. Similarly, the Kent Ridge Hill showflat, located beside the site itself, is expected to open for viewing appointments only around middle to end of October 2018.
