Ki Residences by Hoi Hup Sunway
With D’Leedon fully sold, if you are looking for a new condominium in the neighbourhood of Buona Vista / Clementi / Holland Road, you could also consider Ki Residences. This project sits on the site of the former Brookvale Park and is a 999-year leasehold development. Ki Residences is likely to launch in 2020, though that might be put off for a while by the COVID-19 situation.
There has been a shortage of projects in this Clementi vicinity for a while. The last one was Clement Canopy, launched in 2017. And despite a less than inspiring location, it managed to sell out all its units within a short time.
On top of that, the developer managed to do so while raising prices continually to a record high. Well, Ki Residences at Brookvale Drive off Clementi is all set to break that and set its own record. Given how much Hoi Hup Sunway paid for the land, it is hardly surprising that it is likely to burst the $1,800 PSF barrier. Which is not too far from the last selling price of D’Leedon.
On the other hand, Ki Residence has the advantage of being in the neighbourhood of Clementi Road and the education belt stretching from Ngee Ann Polytechnic to the National University of Singapore at Kent Ridge campus, and on to Science Park and other institutes of higher learning.
The Ki Residence showflat by Hoi Hup Sunway will be ready for viewing in late 2021 or early 2020. While the floor plans are not even out yet, a lot of excitement and anticipation is being generated on the ground. Possibly also due to the fact that this 999 year leasehold Ki Residence will be the only new launch in the neighbourhood. The nearest to it is Parc Clematis, and even then, that one is 99 year leasehold, compared to Ki Residences 999 year lease.
