Piermont Grand EC Showflat by CDL . Launching in mid 2019

The long waited Sumang Walk EC will be launching soon, to be called the Piermont Grand EC. There has been a shortage of executive condominium projects for a while. The last one was Rivercove Residences, launched last year 2018. And despite a less than inspiring location, it managed to sell out all its units within a short time.

On top of that, the developer managed to do so while raising prices continually to a record high. Well, Piermont Grand at Sumang Link in Punggol is all set to break that and set its own record. Given much City Developments (CDL) paid for the land, it is hardly surprising that it is likely to burst the $1,100 PSF barrier. Which is not too far from the original launch price of D’Leedon.

On the other hand, the Piermont Grand EC has the advantage of being within walking distance from Punggol MRT station and Waterway Point. As well as pocket views to Punggol Reservoir too.

The Piermont Grand showflat by CDL will be ready for viewing in June or July this year 2019. While the floor plans are not even out yet, a lot of excitement and anticipation is being generated on the ground. Possibly also due to the fact that this executive condo will be the only one launching this year. Ola EC and the one at Canberra won’t be allowed to launch till early 2020.
