The floor plans for D’Leedon are in a radiating shape, as the units are laid out in a way that resemble petals of flowers. If however you prefer something more regularly shaped, there is Hyll on Holland just across Holland Road that will launch for sale soon, in the 2nd half of 2020.

Hyll on Holland also offers the advantage of a freehold tenure, as opposed to 99-year leasehold for D’Leedon. It is also closer in walking distance to Holland Village. Another feature of Hyll on Holland is that, while it possesses a fairly large land area, which allows for some very nice landscaping too, it is not as large a site as D’Leedon, and hence less overwhelming. The Lentor Mansion Showflat . Launching 1st Quarter 2024

Lentor Mansion is another brand new condominium launching for sale in Lentor Hills estate far from D’Leedon. However it is a shorter walking distance from an MRT station compared to D’Leedon.

The Lentoria Mansion condo is just 5 minutes walk to Lentor MRT station, that sits on the Thomson-East Coast Line. To get to D’Leedon from here, just take a train to Caldecott station, and change to the Circle Line there.

A joint venture of two heavyweight developers, namely GuocoLand and Hong Leong’s Intrepid Investments, are developing the Lentor Mansion showflat. Both developers have a vast experience in building homes for Singaporeans, from mass market ones to upmarket condominiums.

The Lentor Mansion showflat is targeting to its VIP Preview for the first quarter of 2024, possibly in February 2024. The brochure and floor plans will possibly a short while before that. Prices have not been finalised yet, but is likely to be close to those of Lentoria and Lentor Hills Residences, as they are being developed by sister companies.

A major appeal of Lentor Mansion will be the panoramic views it may enjoy, to the south and south-west of the site. Units here may get views of Thomson Nature Park, and the waters and greenery of Peirce Reservoir and Nature Reserve.
