The floor plans for D’Leedon are in a radiating shape, as the units are laid out in a way that resemble petals of flowers. If however you prefer something more regularly shaped, there is Hyll on Holland just across Holland Road that will launch for sale soon, in the 2nd half of 2020.
Hyll on Holland also offers the advantage of a freehold tenure, as opposed to 99-year leasehold for D’Leedon. It is also closer in walking distance to Holland Village. Another feature of Hyll on Holland is that, while it possesses a fairly large land area, which allows for some very nice landscaping too, it is not as large a site as D’Leedon, and hence less overwhelming.
